Riverdale’s public and private schools include: P.S. 24, P.S. 81,
Horace
Mann, Riverdale Country, Fieldston, SAR Academy, St. Gabriel's, the
Telshe Yeshiva, St. Margaret of Cortona, Yeshiva Ohavei Torah, the Spuyten
Duyvil School, Kinneret Day School, the Robert J. Christen School, Manhattan
College, the College of Mount Saint Vincent, and the David A. Stein Riverdale
Kingsbridge Academy.
Museums, parks and places of interest include: horseback riding, golf, tennis,
hiking in nature preserves, an active Y, the legendary Wave
Hill with its gardens and art gallery, Riverdale Park piers for fishing
and walking on the riverfront and local cultural events. They can also enjoy
